Independent Financial Adviser/ Managing Director
I began my career in the Financial Services Industry with Prudential Preferred in New York in 1994 where I obtained all the relevant qualifications to allow me to advise on protection and investment products as well as to supervise other brokers. A few years later I moved to JP Morgan Chase Bank Private Banking Department also in New York, advising high net worth clients on their investments, protection and also banking products.
I returned to the U.K. in 2002 and re-qualified in order to give advice in this country within the family firm, which evolved to Bramhall Financial Limited in 2005. I have been working as an Independent Financial Adviser within Bramhall Financial Limited since I achieved the necessary qualifications.
I advise in most general areas of finance but specialise in investments. I attained Diploma status in 2008. I am continuing study towards the Advanced Diploma and therefore Chartered Financial Adviser status.

My career in financial services began in 1998, when I joined the IFA section of a local Building Society in Cumbria to assist the existing administrator in supporting seven advisers. After a couple of years the Building Society restructured and I was promoted to Administrator working for a subsidiary company working alongside one adviser.
In 2002 the adviser I was working with decided to set up his own company and he offered me the opportunity to leave with him to become the Administration Manager for his company. I accepted and worked for that company as the sole administrator looking after up to three advisers.
In September 2009 I joined Bramhall Financial Limited and combined my change in job with relocation to Manchester from Cumbria. I have achieved Paper 1 of my FPC and am looking forward to continuing my studies and gaining my full FPC.
In my spare time my main interests are watching sport both live and on the television and socialising with my friends and family.
